    Thanks for the post! I’ve been listening to the show and probably will be for the next few days. Aside from the technical limitations of the recording, the show is better than I remember. In truth, I’ve always thought the show was a major let down, the worst part of a cross-state road trip. The Sandinista material sounded particularly flabby. Perhaps it was the venue because I recall the sound in Bonds to have been as sludgy as any boot. [I saw them a year later in Toronto, CA in a baseball stadium and that one–9/5/82–was the far more memorable show; with Black Uhuru as the opener.] That said, it’s been fun to relive and reevaluate the show, and for that I thank you… Your site is a good one. I’ve been tuning in regularly for several months. Kudos.

    I haven’t listened to the post yet (still downloading), but I do check your site periodically — largely because you post material by Strummer et al. Keep up the excellent work… and many thanks for all of the past Clash postings!
